长城高速船用柴油机油（航星系列） 

1、性能特点 

SINOPEC（长城）航星系列产品在满足车用柴油机油相关标准规格的基础上，针对船用高速柴油的工作特点，对部分性能进行提高，从而可以完全满足船用高速柴油机的苛刻要求。 

SINOPEC（长城）航星系列产品与普通车用柴油机油相比，碱值提高，清净分散能力和抗氧化抗磨损性能更加优异。更适合硫含量相对较高的燃料特性，有效控制发动机燃烧室内高温沉积物的生成，保持发动机清洁，避免出现爆震、提前点火、敲缸等现象发生；并能够有效将烟炱和氧化产物分散在油中，避免其沉积在机件表面，减少机油消耗量，延长机油的使用寿命。 

2、技术规格 

SINOPEC（长城）航星系列产品包括300系列（CD级别）和500系列（CF级别）两大系列。每个系列的产品再根据其黏度的不同分为若干产品。具体分类情况可见表1-4。
 

3、应用范围 

航星300系列产品，满足API CD规格要求，适用于要求使用CD油品的船用高速柴油机或发电机组的润滑；航星500系列产品，满足API CF-4规格要求，适用于要求使用CF-4油品的船用高速柴油机或发电机组的润滑。 

4、注意事项

目前，许多船用高速柴油机都直接选用车用柴油机油进行润滑。其实，船用高速柴油机与陆用高速柴油机相比，使用条件更为苛刻。首先，船用高速柴油机使用的燃料硫含量偏高。由于我国目前对水上船舶的废气排放还没有比较严格的控制，因此船用燃料与车用燃料相比，硫含量普遍偏高。其次，船用高速柴油机工作负荷高，连续工作时间长。船舶在一个航次中基本都处在高负荷运转中，停机时间较为短暂。再次，船用高速柴油机维护保养相对困难。船用发动机的日常维护很难做到完全象车用发动机那样，由专业维护人员定期保养。

因此，直接使用车用柴油机油作为船用高速柴油机的润滑油，并不妥当，而是应当选择专用的船用高速柴油机油。

SINOPEC (Great Wall) satellite navigation products and compared to ordinary diesel engine oil, base value increased antioxidant capacity and cleanliness of wear resistance is more excellent. More suitable for relatively high sulfur content in fuel properties, effective control of engine combustion chamber deposits generated heat, keep the engine clean, to avoid detonation, ignition advance, knock-cylinder phenomena occur; and effectively to disperse soot and oxidation products in oil, to avoid deposition in parts of its surface, to reduce oil consumption, extended oil life.

SINOPEC (Great Wall) Navistar products include 300 series (CD level) and 500 Series (CF-level) two series. Each series of products based on its viscosity and then divided into several products. Specific classification are shown in Table 1-4. 
  

3 Applications 

Navistar 300 Series products to meet API CD specifications, apply to require the use of CD speed diesel oil or marine generator lubrication; Air Star 500 series products to meet the API CF-4 specification is suitable for the use of CF-4 high-speed marine diesel oil or lubricating units. 

4 Notes 

Currently, many high-speed marine diesel engine diesel engine directly used lubricating oils. In fact, high-speed marine diesel engine with high-speed diesel engines, compared with the land use conditions become more demanding. First, high-speed marine diesel engines using high sulfur content of fuel. As our current water vessels not more stringent emission controls, so marine fuel and vehicle fuel than the generally high sulfur content. Second, high-speed marine diesel engine with high workload, long working hours continuously. Voyage of the ship in a basic all in high-load operation, the down time is shorter. Again, high-speed marine diesel engine maintenance is relatively difficult. Marine engines is very difficult to complete routine maintenance as car engines, as regular maintenance by a professional maintenance staff. 

Therefore, the direct use of marine diesel engine oil as high-speed diesel engine lubricating oil, is not appropriate, but should select a dedicated high-speed marine diesel engine oil.
